PSU mounts

The PSU is very heavy, and I was worried about the force they would put on the mounting screws in the case's rear panel. I decided the best way was to mount it on the case's top panel.


I began with some circles cut from, you guessed it, red acrylic.




These will add some much needed colour to the top panel of the PSU. The mounting bolts will be cut to size and painted once the PSU is mounted into the case.




Yet more wiring and soldering to complete the PSU modding. I soldered a few wires with the jack plugs and the 3mm braided sleeve I got from Cableorganizer.com.
